This part of the Silver Coast isn't one single market. Lourinhã lives differently from Óbidos; coastal São Martinho do Porto is a very different decision from inland Alcobaça. Each municipality — and the villages inside it — has its own rhythm, prices and practical realities.

In many cases, yes. Getting clarity on areas, fit and criteria early can save time and reduce expensive mistakes later.

Do you really only represent buyers?

Yes. I don't take seller listings. My only job is to get you the right property on the best possible terms.

Do you cover the whole Silver Coast?

No, and that's deliberate. I focus on six municipalities — Lourinhã, Peniche, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha, Alcobaça and Nazaré — and the villages within them. Going deep on a defined area is how I actually protect a buyer.

Do you help with legal, mortgage or tax matters?

I do not provide specialised legal, tax or mortgage advice. Where needed, those areas should be handled by the appropriate professionals. I can also refer you to trusted professionals when appropriate.

What if I am still early in the process?

That is often the right time to talk. Early clarity usually leads to better decisions later.

Will I be pressured into anything?

No. The process is designed around fit, clarity and honest guidance, not pressure.
